  • How do I access a class recording if I cannot attend a live class?
    The unlimited plan includes ongoing access to class recordings via the Class Videos tab of the website. Members who choose limited plans and single class participants can access recordings by following these steps: Please go through the process of booking the live class of your choice, even if you cannot attend the session. You will receive a link to the Zoom meeting, but please do not attempt to access the recording through Zoom. After the live class ends, an email will confirm when the recording has been posted to the Class Videos section of the website. You must have a user name and password to access the videos.
  • How do I book a class?
    Click the Book Classes Here tab Scroll to the desired class and click Book Now Select the desired date and class time in the calendar If you have a monthly plan, you will see how many sessions you have remaining Click Next Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the attendance list Click Confirm If you are joining a class without a monthly plan, select Book a Session - $12 Click Next Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the attendance list Enter your email address Click Confirm Enter payment information and complete the form Click confirm You will receive a confirmation email with the link to the Zoom meeting
  • How do I join a class?
    Please click the link to the Zoom meeting. There are three options to acces the Zoom meeting link: Your confirmation email On the website in "My Bookings" (click the drop down arrow to the right of your profile name and select My Bookings) In the mobile app in "My Bookings" Please note that each Zoom meeting will have a unique meeting ID, so please do not try to access multiple classes with the same Zoom meeting ID
  • Do I have to be a monthly plan member to take a class?
    No, feel free to drop in at any time for a class. The drop-in rate is $12 per class. Click here to book a class
  • Am I locked into a contract?
    No, you can cancel your membership at any time.
  • How do I change my credit card information for monthly plans?
    Cancel existing class plan Click the drop down arrow to the right of your profile name in the menu bar and select My Subscriptions Click on the "active" plan Click Cancel Subscription Select a class plan with new credit card Go to the Class Plans & Pricing tab Select desired plan and go through purchase process with new credit card Please email shredshedfitfam@gmail.com if you need help changing credit cards.
  • How do I change my membership plan?
