$300 for 2 classes/week

$180 for 1 class/week

​Drop-ins are also welcome at $35/class

Tuesdays 7:15 pm

Saturdays 11:00 am

 

Program Overview

​This program is designed to help athletes ages 13-17 excel in their sport.  Proper training is imperative to enhance your performance, minimize injury, and maximize performance.

 

Our focus is on functional strength, speed, agility, and mobility, ensuring you improve every aspect of your athletic ability with expert guidance. Imagine boosting your game with targeted training that supports your growth and keeps you at the top of your game.

 

Our expert trainer, Lexy Gonzalez, brings nearly 7 years of experience in training young athletes to help you achieve your goals. Don’t miss the opportunity to advance your skills.

Sign up instructions:

  • Click Login/Register at shredshedfit.com

    • Set up a profile in the athlete's name

    • Include birth date and acknowledge the waiver

    • Enter credit card information in the profile

  • Send us a DM @shredshedfitfam or email us at support@shredshedfit.com to let us know which pricing option you choose (include name of athlete and sport)

  • We will process payment and add your athlete to the roster​
